Flavian Digital started as a freelance practice building tools for small businesses that were stuck between off-the-shelf software and agencies that were too big to care. It is now a four-person studio in Toronto doing the same thing, with more hands.
We keep the team small on purpose. Every project has one developer who owns it end to end, one person reviewing, and the founder on every client thread. Programming is AI-assisted where that speeds up the mechanical parts; planning, review and acceptance are done by people.
