Four stages, each one you approve
Nothing starts without a written quote and nothing ships without your sign-off. Here is what happens at each stage and what you receive.

Each one ends with something you approve
Brief
A call or a message thread where you explain what the product must do and who uses it. We ask about edge cases, integrations and deadlines, then send back what we heard.
You get: a one-page summaryWritten quote
One document listing every screen or feature, the fixed price, the delivery date and the acceptance criteria. Valid for 30 days. Work starts when you approve it.
You get: scope, price, dateBuild
Design first, then code in the order you will test it. A staging link or a phone build lands every week with a short note on what changed.
You get: a demo every weekHandover
Repositories, hosting, domains and store accounts transferred with documentation. Then a 30-day fix window where anything inside scope is fixed at no cost.
You get: everything in your nameHow payment works
Half to start
50 percent on approval of the quote, the rest at handover. Larger projects split into milestones listed in the quote.
Card or crypto
Debit and credit cards, or stablecoins. Invoices in CAD or USD.
No surprise invoices
Nothing is billed that was not in a signed quote. Change requests get their own written figure first.
Questions about the process
How fast can you start?+
Usually within two weeks of an approved quote. Landing pages and small automations often sooner.
Can I pause a project?+
Yes. Work stops at the end of the current week and resumes when you say so. The quote stays valid for 30 days of pause.
What if I am not happy with the result?+
Weekly demos exist so that never comes as a surprise at the end. Inside the agreed scope, we fix it until it meets the acceptance criteria.
